KALE. If you aren't in love with it yet massage it with lemon and avocado. The avocado breaks down the kale a bit so it's much more palpable, and is a healthier alternative to oil.
Raw Kale Salad
- 1/2 a large Avocado
- 1 Lemon
- Orange bell pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
- Destem and chop washed kale.
- Massage the kale with the avocado, lemon, salt, and pepper.
- Combine all ingredients in a big bowl and enjoy!
