Big Greenie


Huge Greenie this morning, because no one wants to get sick before Coachella!

If you don't want a chunky green smoothie (which I assume no one does) blend the greens first, separately from all the fruit ingredients. Then add the fruit once the greens have been thoroughly broken down. FYI my life changed when I learned this tip! 


  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • A bunch of frozen bananas
  • Frozen mango
  • Frozen pineapple
  • 2 Lemons
  • 4 Medjool dates
  • 1tbs flax seed
  • Water to blend
