Ginger Cherry Acai Bowl

I love ginger! Ginger root improves the absorption and assimilation of essential nutrients in the body, and tastes amazing! I buy the raw ginger root, and cut off a tiny chunk to put in my blender when I use it in smoothies!

Ingredients

  • Frozen cherries
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Frozen unsweetened acai 
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 Fresh mango
  • 3 Medjool dates
  • 1/4 English cucumber
  • Ginger root
  • Coconut milk
  • Tangerine juice 

I love the sweetness that medjool dates add to smoothies so I put them in most of my recipes, but they are totally optional! If you have a sweet tooth then you will love them, and if you don't then you could make this, or any of my recipes, without them.
