Procrastinating from real life, uh ohh
Handful of destemmed kale
1 Tangelo (or clementines)
3 Kiwi fruits
Handful of frozen raspberries
2 or 3 Frozen bananas
1. To avoid a chunky green smoothie blend the kale and tangelo first, before adding any other ingredients. I flip my Vitamix into high speed while doing this to ensure all of the kale and tangelo fibers are thoroughly broken down.
2. Add the rest of the fruit, and water or almond milk to blend.
